The craft, and art, of direct participation – the base, foundation of direct democracy – are processes with skills that everyone can learn and use. Processes, skills which are open to everyone, accessible to everyone.1 Wherever people and their concerns, ideas, problems, wishes are, throughout all the places – locally and beyond. In the communes, municipalities, towns, cities, regions, countries, states, federations, unions (like the EU), internationally.
