The craft, and art, of direct participation are processes with skills that everyone can learn and apply – locally and beyond. Processes, skills which are open to everyone, accessible to everyone.1 An ongoing journey for all, in two – interwoven, open – paths.

Invite all the people to assess and develop existing or proposed processes of participation further and to apply them:
•  where the people and their concerns, ideas, problems, wishes are – in the communes, municipalities, towns, cities, in the regions, countries and beyond (EU, international)
•  together with others, on concrete issues, throughout all the places
•  with the craft, and art, of direct participation.2
